Who we are
Founder
Franck Laurore
With 15 years of real estate experience in France and abroad, Franck worked for the property companies Unibail-Rodamco-Westfield and Apsys, then carried out dozens of management and development assignments for property companies and industrial groups, particularly in the energy and transport sectors.
Office Manager
Victoire
After starting her career in digital marketing, Victoire specialised in supporting senior management in the construction and real estate sectors. Among other things, she manages our talent sourcing.
Real estate consultant
Thomas
Thomas worked in real estate development within a property development group, then in the management and monitoring of a public real estate portfolio, before joining Axena Real Estate.
Asset manager
Baudouin
A former head of real estate at a major industrial group, Baudouin advises our clients on their strategic and portfolio challenges. With 20 years of experience in corporate real estate, he brings his network and his knowledge of key accounts to their projects.

Maxime
Maxime provides asset management services to property companies and private investors. He oversees the financial and technical monitoring of the real estate portfolios entrusted to Axena, with a particular focus on long-term value creation.

Christophe
Christophe handles the day-to-day management of the real estate assets entrusted to Axena. He coordinates service providers, manages works and ensures quality of service for occupants, while optimising service charges and the performance of the buildings under management.

Jacques
Jacques specialises in corporate real estate transactions. He advises both occupiers and investors on the acquisition, sale and leasing of offices, warehouses and business premises.
